Welcome to Aspects Yoga

Everyone is welcome. You may have practiced Yoga for a long time, or this might be your very first class. I design my classes so that beginners are well looked after and coached through poses with attention to alignment, to keep you safe while you learn the fundamentals. Ongoing students will be challenged with different and deeper variations to poses. Regardless of your health status, age or general fitness, you will be able to join in these classes.
