Welcome to Aspects Yoga

Everyone is welcome. You may have practiced Yoga for a long time, or this might be your very first class. I design my classes so that beginners are well looked after and introduced to Yoga poses with an emphasis on finding your body’s own natural alignment. Ongoing students will be given suggestions for different and deeper variations to poses, but always with an emphasis on moving mindfully. Regardless of your health status, age or general fitness, you will be able to join in these classes.
