About Aspects Yoga

A warm welcome to Aspects Yoga.

What can you expect from a class?

Each class is different, but they all  include a comprehensive warm up to loosen the muscles, followed by traditional Yoga postures to help build strength and flexibility.

We will flow through sequences, dynamically connecting one pose to the next.

Often we explore a meditation or a breathing technique (pranayama) designed to calm the mind, lessen anxiety and ease stress.

The class always finishes with a long, restorative relaxation.
